《赞美进入他的院——教会礼拜中的音乐》—第四章

结   论

   圣歌队是一群献身的人，他们的职务首要是领导会众礼拜，再则代表会众以赞美诗作特别奉献于上帝面前，也要教导整个教会欣赏最好的音乐和礼拜，愿每个教会的圣歌队都依出席、规律、组织这三个基本原则，来加强和遵守，使都成为成功有效力的圣歌队。圣歌队的音乐能考虑其适合性、永久性和简易性，使有价值的歌词能感悟灵魂、启发心智，表达会众最微妙的情绪，再配上有价值的音乐来加强歌词，达成礼拜的目的。所以要适当地选用赞美诗，圣诗也是很好的资料来源。指挥者要尽可能的符合在音乐方面、个人一般方面以及灵性三方面的资格，并且认识其责任范围，然后才能成为称职的教会音乐指挥者，所指挥的圣歌队才能成为更能荣神益人的群体。
